• You must register for the event before you can book a hotel. Further instructions on how to book housing will be included in your confirmation email.
     
  • You are allowed up to 2 guests per room. An additional charge of $10 will be applied for rooms occupied with more than 2 guests. Children under 18 years of age may share the same room with parents at no additional charge. 
     
  • At the time of booking, a first night's non-refundable deposit must be guaranteed via a major credit card.
     
  • The hotel must receive cancellations or reservation changes at least 24 hours prior to arrival. Any material changes requested within the cancellation period are subject to approval by the hotel.
     
  • Reservations cancelled on the day of arrival will result in a cancellation fee for the full length of stay.
     
  • The discounted group rate is subject to availability and is not guaranteed. Rooms are available on a first come, first served basis, so be sure to book your room early.  
     
  • Hotel parking fees are $36 per night for valet and $20 per night for self parking.
