Rob Parsley joined Lima One Capital in January 2019 as a San Diego-based business development representative and spent a year serving as the Regional Sales Manager of the company’s Western Division. In his role as Director of Business Development, Parsley focuses on growing Lima One’s national business development team by enhancing production of existing sales reps and by hiring reps in additional markets across the country. A graduate of Point Loma Nazarene University, Parsley has spent more than 25 years in the lending industry.
